    Hi Juntae,

First time visitor…following a link backwards from Twitter. will need to
go back and thank my friend.

Brand voice….guess it is like the melody or a certain few chords in a song..

Helps pinpoint immediately which “Charlie” you are talking about.

    • Nice to have you engage! I look forward to future comments from you.

Great post Juntae! So many brands are sloppy about their voice.

A crisp, human, relational and on brand voice means the likelihood of positive response for each person that sees your content goes WAY up. The business gets better results with less time and money invested.

Maybe some businesses like being inefficient with their time and money? :)

    Nice you meet you!

    • Nice to e-meet you as well. Thanks for reading and commenting!

  • Thanks for the post. All very good points. Not only does it humanize a brand, it creates likeability–it’s better to be talked to than sold to…

This is a great post.It is encouraging to know that a brand does not have to be “just like the others” when it comes to connecting to its audience.
